Job summary

Signia Aerospace seeks an entry-level Tube Bending Technician to join a small, high-performing production team. You will learn tube fabrication processes and operate a 7-axis CNC tube bending machine, gaining hands-on experience in a safety-focused, general aviation environment.

This role offers full training and opportunities to develop skills in precision manufacturing, while contributing to production goals and quality control within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate ERP systems and read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform tube fabrication processes including cutting, sanding, deburring, bending, flaring, polishing.
• Operate and maintain hand and production tools safely and effectively.
• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Use ERP to access work orders, prints, and drawings and record progress.
• Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with aviation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and contribute to team goals.
• Cross-train across all tube fabrication processes
