Job summary

Signia Aerospace is seeking an Entry-Level Tube Bending Technician to join our small production team. You will learn tube fabrication processes, including cutting, sanding, deburring, bending, flaring, and polishing, and start operating a 7-axis CNC tube bending machine with training provided.

You will work in a safety-focused, aviation environment, gain hands-on skills, and cross-train across all tube fabrication processes while contributing to on-time production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive, precision tasks.
• Basic computer literacy, including ERP navigation and interpreting drawings.
• Reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform tube fabrication processes, including: cutting, sanding, deburring, bending, flaring, polishing.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and production machinery safely.
• Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Use ERP and digital systems to access work orders, prints, and drawings.
• Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and aviation-standard compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S).
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety policies and quality control procedures.
• Continuously develop skills and cross-train across tube fabrication processes.
