Job summary

Lafarge & Egge in Everett, WA is seeking an entry level Aerospace Manufacturing Machine Operator I to join our day shift (5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). You will operate CNC tube bending and deburring equipment and receive comprehensive on-the-job training.

No prior tubing experience is required; transferable skills in mechanics or aerospace manufacturing are welcome. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a high-mix, low-volume environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Operate tube deburring equipment and fitting installation equipment
Fabricate, handle, and move materials to meet production schedules and lead times
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime
Ensure all products meet aerospace quality and compliance standards
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Follow all safety and quality procedures
