Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires a general knowledge of machining techniques and methods, along with the ability to receive and execute instructions.
• Basic machine shop skills using CNC mills, lathes, band saw, and grinders.
• Proper selection and safe use of power tools and machining equipment.
• Tool maintenance and care to ensure long-term equipment serviceability.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-supplied machinery, including CNC mills and lathes, to fabricate precision parts based on customer specifications.
• Interpret and work from blueprint/drawings.
• Record completed work to ensure accurate documentation and workflow tracking.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
