AlbanyEngineered Composites (AEC) in Utah seeks a skilled machinist for evening shift. The role requires handling setup, programming support, and precise measurement using calipers and micrometers.

Candidates should be proficient with ERP/MRP, read blueprints, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced shop environment. You will operate CNC centers, load tools, and adjust speeds/feeds under supervision, ensuring first-pass quality and timely production.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; proficient with computers.
• 2 years experience using and reading scales, calipers, micrometers.

Responsabilidades

• Dependable and punctual; follow written work orders and blueprints.
• Operate ERP/MRP software; maintain signoffs and inspections.
• Move materials with forklifts/pallet jacks; keep area clean.
• Set up fixtures and dial in tooling; load correct cutting tools.
• Dry run programs; work with Machine Shop Lead to fix errors.
• Edit speeds, feeds, coolant and depth on machines.
• Run production jobs on multiple machining centers.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
• Troubleshoot machining issues; use SurfCam to path tools.
