Albany Engineered Composites (AEC) seeks a maintenance technician for the Utah facility to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment, troubleshoot electromechanical issues, and support installation and testing of new systems. Role involves using blueprints and SAP for records, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of pneumatics and electrical components, and experience with hand and power tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of various equipment systems, such as automated mechanical systems, pneumatics, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Working knowledge of industrial safe work practices.
• SAP working knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing defective parts.
• Diagnose and repair electromechanical issues on robotic manufacturing equipment, often using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Assemble, install, and test new equipment and systems in collaboration with maintenance and engineering.
• Maintain logs in SAP, reports, and records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and provide training or assistance on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Monitor downtime and inform production teams of routine preventive maintenance techniques.
