Atlas is seeking a CMT Lab Technician I for our Dripping Springs, TX lab. You will perform testing on soils, aggregates, asphalt and concrete, supporting quality control for infrastructure projects.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a path to professional certifications while contributing to safe, durable roads and environments in Central Texas.

Qualifications

• Perform laboratory testing on soils, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and related materials.
• Follow established test procedures, safety protocols, and written instructions.
• Accurately document test results and maintain organized lab records.
• Support lab operations, including equipment setup, cleanup, and sample handling.
• Assist with field or lab-related driving needs as required.
• Work safely and collaboratively as part of a quality-focused team.
