Qualifications

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general).
• Expected Graduation: May 2027.
• Interest in healthcare IT and technology transformation.
• Strong PM skills and ability to develop roadmaps and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to assess workflows and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver client-facing materials: roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, dashboards.
• Lead or support project management activities including timelines, milestones, risks, and status reporting.
• Support firm's methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services.

Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Technology Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through technology improvement projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts
• Collaborate with client stakeholders—clinical, operational, and IT—to assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements
• Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions
• Lead or support project management activities including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting to clients and internal leadership
• Contribute to the development and refinement of firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services
• Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $75,000 – $82,000 For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
