Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS graduation and ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience managing electronic files with cloud-based storage platforms (Box, Google Drive).
• Familiarity with clinical trials research protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Record management: assist with protocols, consent forms, and IRB records; organize study materials and participant reimbursement records.
• Manage study website: assist with content, features, troubleshooting, and training participants; align with UCSF brand standards.
• Subject assessments: assist with enrollment, schedule assessments, prepare instruments, and manage materials; handle data entry and staff coordination.
• Data tasks: maintain data collection forms, ensure data quality, perform data entry and data cleaning; assist with reports.
