Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1,000+ hours of phlebotomy experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or plan to obtain within 3 months.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical procedures: phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, BMI, specimen collection.
• Assist with participant admissions/discharges and daily study operations.
• Ensure real-time data entry and protocol compliance.
• Support study setup, equipment checks, and source document management.
• Maintain clean and organized unit space, including stocking and basic housekeeping.
• Collaborate across research teams and provide exceptional subject care.
