• Willingness to evaluate and learn new technologies.
• Previous position with customer service experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform activities associated with implementation, integration and support of computer systems in mission critical response operations environment.
• Install standalone computer/simple network additions or network installs, wiring install, or augmenting the large LAN/WAN projects.
• Workstation setup, OS installation, configuration, and diagnostics.
• Configure computers and devices for network and image computer systems.
• Run updates, scripts and diagnostics; repair and test equipment/devices.
• Act as the first level support for customer technology problems and identify root causes.
• Monitor support requests and escalate unresolved queries as needed.
• Maintain internal service tickets and time entry information.
