We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry‑Level Marketing & Sales Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and nonprofit fundraising.
Represent nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns at events, retail locations, community events, and other public venues.
Engage directly with the public and communicate campaign goals in a clear, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
Educate potential donors and supporters about fundraising initiatives and encourage participation.
Build positive relationships with customers, donors, event attendees, and community members.
Assist with event setup, promotion, coordination, and execution.
Meet individual and team performance goals.
Track customer or donor interactions and provide feedback to management.
Participate in training sessions focused on marketing, communication, sales, leadership, and fundraising.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve campaign results and the overall event experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or recent graduation is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
