Through hands-on training and support, you'll learn how to manage claims from start to finish, solve problems, make decisions, and help customers through unexpected situations.

This hybrid role offers in-person collaboration within 50 miles of West Bend and the opportunity to grow a career in claims while developing decision-making and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Piece together what happened by talking with customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Review information and make coverage and liability decisions.
• Evaluate damages and determine next steps.
• Work with customers and other parties to resolve claims.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Manage a caseload and keep claims moving.
• Be the person customers can count on during an unexpected situation.
