You will work in multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions and support modeling, drafting, and reporting.

This full-time role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and growth, with exposure to Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, site data collection, and permit applications.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate seeking to build a technical foundation with civil infrastructure and water resources.
• Interest in civil infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, transportation, and water resources.
• Engineer-in-training (E.I.T. or FE) or plans to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical research and design calculations under supervision.
• Learn design and modeling software; draft figures and construction plan sets.
• Handle design tasks, quantity calculations, and construction cost estimates.
• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.
• Research construction materials and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare technical memoranda, design reports, and permitting applications.
• Conduct field data collection, site inspections, inventories, and construction observation.
