Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering with coursework in land development and/or water resources preferred.
• EIT preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design project components using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry‑standard software.
• Perform calculations using engineering formulas and computational tools.
• Research and prepare material specifications, installation guidelines, and inspection protocols.
• Work to complete design details and plan sets.
• Complete field observation, inspection and data collection duties as directed by senior staff.
• Collaborate with client staff and internal design team.
• Contribute to cost estimates and technical reports that drive project success.
