Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field is required or preferred.
• EIT is preferred for this role.
• Experience with land development and water resources is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design portions of a project using Civil 3D and office software.
• Perform calculations and solve engineering problems.
• Prepare specifications/materials to specify and inspect items for projects.
• Develop design details and plan sets for construction.
• Prepare objective summary reports used in project work or inspections.
• Assist in preparing engineering and construction cost estimates.
• Conduct field observation, inspection and data collection as directed by senior staff.
• Communicate with client staff and internal design team as directed by senior engineering staff.
