Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III to join our Land Development team in Charleston, SC. You will work on a range of land development projects from residential to commercial spaces, contributing to creative and practical engineering solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D/CAD. EIT is preferred, with strong communication and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of land development experience (residential/commercial/mixed-use).
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Perform engineering calculations and solve design challenges.
• Prepare technical specifications and construction documents.
• Support field inspections and data collection.
