Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and drawings per owner requirements.
• Organize and maintain digital and hard-copy plan sets; distribute revisions.
• Submit RFIs to resolve plan conflicts.
• Create and maintain a submittal log using project required software.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes from subcontractor and owner meetings.
• Support project costing, budget tracking, and field timecard approval.
• Track weekly progress of quantities for self-perform work; review safety meetings.
