Summary: Provide technical and administrative support to the project team, ensuring accurate communication between the field and office. This entry-level role focuses on learning project systems while supporting safety documentation, material tracking, and cost reporting to help keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous internship in construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and drawings according to owner requirements.
• Organize and maintain digital and hard-copy plan sets.
• Submit RFIs to resolve plan conflicts.
• Create and maintain a submittal log.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes.
• Support job costing and budget tracking via phase code structure.
• Review field timecards for accuracy.
• Track weekly progress of quantities for self-perform work.
• Review weekly site production reports for trends.
• Assist in compiling and submitting force accounts for payment.
• Verify invoices and billing quantities with bills of lading.
• Document and report jobsite progress photos.
