Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications and drawings per owner requirements.
• Organize and maintain digital and hard-copy plan sets; distribute revisions.
• Submit RFIs to architect/owner/subcontractors to resolve plan conflicts.
• Create and maintain a submittal log using project software.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes from subcontractor and owner meetings.
• Support job costing and budget tracking; review field timecards for accuracy.
