City of Baltimore, Department of Planning, seeks an Engineer I to prepare and review engineering plans, designs, specifications and cost estimates. The role involves overseeing drafting and sub-professional personnel with moderate supervision in a standard office setting.

The incumbent will apply engineering principles, prepare technical reports, and interact with engineers, consultants and developers to ensure compliance with City standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in engineering may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.
• Engineer-In-Training certificate, NICET certification, or PE license may be required for some positions.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review engineering plans, designs, specifications and cost estimates.
