Job summary

Bohler’s Towson, MD office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and contribute to land development projects including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

You’ll work with engineers and mentors, use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create layouts, and participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development to build skills while contributing to real projects that shape communities and your civil engineering career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and regulations.
• Assist with stormwater management reports and submittals.

Skills

0–1 year site design experience

AutoCAD Civil 3D familiarity

Strong communication skills

Initiative and teamwork

EIT helpful but not required

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering
