Job summary

Bohler’s Nashville, TN office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real land development projects.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers on site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management, gaining hands-on experience and professional development through Bohler’s mentorship and Learning & Development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years in site design or permitting is preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• EIT certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site design for land development projects from concept to construction.
• Work with engineers, designers, and project managers to prepare layouts and grading plans.
• Support stormwater management reports and submittals.
• Learn design manuals, zoning ordinances, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend site visits and contribute to project redesigns as needed.
• Participate in Bohler Learning & Development programs.
