Job summary

Bohler’s Harrisburg office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) to grow through real projects and mentorship from engineers and project managers. You’ll contribute to site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management for commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites.

You'll work closely with mentors to learn each stage of site design from concept through construction and gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years of site design and permitting experience preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects including site planning and grading.
• Learn site design from concept through construction with experienced engineers.
• Create site layouts and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and regulations.
• Assist with stormwater management and project submittals.
