Job summary

CORRE, Inc. is seeking a civil engineer for design-focused in-office work, field inspection, or a mix of both in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes roadway design, field oversight, and hands-on use of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, is prepared for travel and occasional night/weekend work, and has an Engineer in Training designation or equivalent. We value communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Engineer in Training designation or FE exam passed before start date.
• Understanding of AASHTO and ASCE standards and policies.
• Familiarity with Wisconsin DOT procedures is a plus.
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for earthwork calculations, academic experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roadway design and construction.
• Oversee projects in the field.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare design plans.
• Perform engineering calculations.
• Support engineers with day-to-day tasks on multiple projects.
• Interact and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other agencies.
• Meet multiple deadlines and produce high-quality work under tight schedules.
