Job summary

Artheon seeks an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Civil/Municipal team in Albany, NY. You will support municipal reviews, design, and field activities under mentorship, building a broad foundation in stormwater, transportation, water and wastewater projects.

As an Associate Engineer, you gain hands-on experience from planning through construction, while developing technical skills and professional growth within a collaborative environment. A EIT track and internship exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or plans to sit for the EIT exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to participate confidently in public meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans and development applications for compliance with standards.
• Assist design of municipal infrastructure and prepare CAD drawings.
• Visit project sites to observe construction and support inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers and participate in mentorship and development programs.
