Job summary

Artheon is seeking a civil engineering professional to join our Albany, NY based team. The role focuses on municipal engineering across transportation, water, stormwater, and infrastructure, with scope from planning through design, permitting, construction, and closeout.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with EIT and progress toward PE licensure. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with mentorship and career growth

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant civil/site/infrastructure experience.
• Engineering experience with municipal infrastructure and public sector projects preferred.
• Progress toward PE licensure with a target within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans and development applications for compliance with ordinances and standards.
• Prepare technical letters, reports, and recommendations for municipal clients.
• Support planning and zoning meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist in design of roadway, drainage, utility, and site improvements.
• Provide construction administration support and field problem-solving.
