Artheon is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our Civil/Municipal team in Saratoga Springs, NY. This full-time position offers hands-on experience across stormwater, transportation, water and wastewater, and municipal infrastructure under structured mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or plan to sit for the EIT exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to participate in public meetings.
• Demonstrated interest in municipal engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans and land development applications for compliance with codes and regulations.
• Assist with the design of municipal infrastructure including stormwater, roads, and water/wastewater.
• Visit project sites to observe conditions and support inspections.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and participate in mentorship programs.
