Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Minneapolis, MN team. The position is planned to start in Summer 2027, and the role focuses on building analytical and design skills under senior supervision.

Responsibilities include performing engineering design, creating drawings and diagrams, collecting data, and using software tools to solve basic engineering problems within agreed budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads from coursework or projects or internship.
