Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Entry Level Transportation Engineer (EIT) to join our Wisconsin team. This role starts in January 2027 and offers a hybrid work model at our Middleton, WI location.

Responsibilities include building analytic and design skills, performing supervised engineering design, and producing final drawings. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and FE exam progress are required, with knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or have a plan to pass within one year.

Job Description

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or have a plan to pass the FE exam within one year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D from coursework or projects or internship
  • Involved in student organizations such as ASCE, SWE, ITE, WISE, EWB, and WTS.
