Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to work with our bridge group in Minneapolis, MN. This internship is expected to begin in Summer 2027 and will introduce you to essential, hands-on skills while providing a broad learning experience within civil engineering.

Interns will be assigned duties to support their field of study and help transition from student to professional. Intern 1 represents the first year of qualified study, with opportunities to advance as you progress.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and must have completed at least one year of study.
• Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the Master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions.
• Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Job Description
