This role offers the opportunity to design land-development projects and gain hands-on experience while learning from skilled mentors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and the ability to eventually obtain EIT certification. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Engineer-in-Training certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.

• Drive to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Design site-development plans for various types of sites.
• Create water, sewer, and storm-drainage layouts.
• Prepare permit packages and manage client coordination.
• Coordinate daily with clients, project managers, and discipline teams
• Model designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D and refine them through reviews
• Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals

What you bring
