Job summary

TCP Analytical in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry-level chemist to support production and lab activities, including preparing batch chemical solutions, performing QC checks, and documenting results.

You will work in a safety-conscious environment, using proper PPE, and collaborate with production staff to meet ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements. The role also involves providing technical service to customers via phone, email, and written documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
• Analytical chemistry experience is a plus.
• Able to work in production and laboratory settings.
• Willing to use safety equipment including respirators.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture batch chemical solutions and record data.
• Perform QC measurements on finished products.
• Provide technical service to customers via phone, written documentation, and email.
• Comply with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements (OSHA, GHS, DOT, EPA, etc.).
• Generate and/or approve production paperwork, QC docs, and product labels.
• Provide guidance to production and packaging technicians.
• Engage with management on quality policy, production efficiency, and process improvement.
