Responsibilities

• Test, operate and maintain paint detackification system.
• Perform chemical tests and document results daily.
• Adjust chemistry to maintain/restore process; handle pumps and drums.
• Optimize separation equipment to remove paint waste.
• Repair chemical feed pumps and related equipment.
• Document chemicals used for inventory and cost control.
