Ereztech is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to join our growing production team in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. This entry-level role is ideal for dependable, safety-minded individuals eager to learn how our specialty chemicals are manufactured.

No prior chemical manufacturing experience is required; we provide training. You will work with experienced operators and supervisors to learn processes, equipment, and safety procedures, building hands-on manufacturing experience and a path in the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High school chemistry coursework.
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability and willingness to work the assigned shift, including overnight or weekend schedules as needed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and batch instructions to safely perform routine production tasks.
• Assist with weighing, staging, transferring, and handling raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor equipment, gauges, and process displays and report changes to the production team.
• Assist with equipment preparation, cleaning, and production changeovers.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Safely operate approved material handling equipment, including powered pallet jacks.
• Complete production records and other required documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety, quality, and chemical handling procedures.
• Wear required PPE, which may include respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, and face shields.
• Work with experienced team members to learn chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or quality concerns promptly.
