Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking an entry level Analyst, Engineering Services to support the Power and Controls organization at Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role offers a pathway for career advancement within a dynamic environment. Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

You will review specifications, ensure compliance, generate standard work, and help drive timely project execution while developing skills for a successful aerospace career.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Technical writing experience and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Review industry specifications, customer specifications and drawings against internal specs to satisfy documentation requirements.
• Complete compliance tabulations and verify adherence to customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues, collaborating with engineers at multiple facilities.
• Support meetings to share status, metrics and technical information.
• Drive continuous improvement through identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Write and update standard work documents and ensure timely work.
• Support audits and corrective actions and work with limited managerial oversight.
