Job summary

H2O INNOVATION INC. in Johnson, VT seeks an Entry-Level or Certified Water & Wastewater Treatment Operator. This full-time role participates in on-call coverage and weekend rotation, conducting tests, collecting samples, and performing basic maintenance to support plant operations.

You will log results, troubleshoot equipment, ensure safety and cleanliness, and manage data. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver's license.
• Willing to obtain water/wastewater certifications.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine water and wastewater tests and collect samples.
• Enter results into logbooks and data systems; report anomalies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report needed repairs.
• Perform basic maintenance and support safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes when scheduled.
• Assist team and train staff as needed.
