Responsibilities

• Accurately close repair orders to match the amount paid by customers.
• Handle customer payments (cash, credit, debit, etc.) and provide receipts.
• Make follow-up phone calls to previous day’s service and sales customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Scan, file, and organize documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Run daily errands.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless workflow.
