Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an installer to join our Missouri team. No experience needed; we train you to become a skilled installer of custom closets and home organization systems.

This role leads to a lead carpenter path with pay growth from $45,000 to $90,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, and the company covers tools and equipment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site work at our franchise location with an open-door policy for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and drive company vehicle safely.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills, both in speech and writing.
• Strong personal organization skills and attention to detail.
