Eleven Western Builders in California is hiring entry-level Carpenters who want to learn the trade and grow a long-term career in construction. You will work beside experienced carpenters on retail projects, gaining hands-on experience across scopes from millwork to drywall.

• Travel to project locations as schedules require.

We are looking for motivated Entry-Level Carpenters who want to learn the trade, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in construction.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced carpenters and foremen while gaining hands‑on experience in a variety of construction scopes, including:

• Installation of retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork


• Installation of wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories


• Assisting with framing, drywall, rough carpentry, and interior finishes


• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing construction materials


• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools


• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area


• Learning to read plans, layouts, and project drawings


• Safely operating hand tools and power tools


• Supporting project teams in active retail environments

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of construction, carpentry, or related trade experience preferred


• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools


• Willingness to learn carpentry and construction methods

• Reliable transportation


• Ability to travel to project locations and stay up to 2 weeks at a time, as project schedules require
