Job summary

Air Charter Service Inc. is seeking an Entry‑Level Cargo Charter Sales Consultant in Hollywood, FL to join our cargo team. You will research prospects, perform outbound outreach, and convert leads into charter bookings while supporting customers through the full sales cycle.

You will receive award‑winning training, mentoring for 12 months, and opportunities for international travel. The role offers a base of $53,500 with uncapped 10% commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers and build a target list.
• Outbound calls, emails, and visits to convert leads into ACS clients.
• Build relationships with Cargo Operators to access aircraft options.
• Maintain relationships for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Work toward sales targets and financial objectives.
• Demonstrate understanding of aircraft and chartering process.
• Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion.
• Handle inbound urgent charter requests, 24/7 when needed.
• Present bespoke quotes with sound commercial reasoning.
• Monitor flight departures and support operations as needed.
