Home Care Assistance in Albuquerque, NM offers a Caregiver Training Program with paid training to launch a rewarding career in home care. The program provides hands-on instruction, shadowing, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow into CNA roles and other healthcare paths.

Applicants undergo an interview and onboarding; no prior caregiving experience is required. Training runs November 09–13, 2026, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in Albuquerque, NM.

Home Care Assistance is looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors while building a career in home care.

Our Caregiver Training Program gives you the opportunity to learn hands-on skills, work alongside experienced caregivers, and receive paid training before beginning your career with our team.

November 09–13, 2026

8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Albuquerque, NM

Space is limited, and applicants must complete an interview and hiring process before being accepted into the training program.

PAY & BONUSES

Starting pay: $15–$16/hour

Our caregivers provide non-medical support that helps seniors remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Depending on the client's needs, caregivers may assist with:

• Bathing, grooming and dressing
• Toileting and personal care
• Mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Errands and transportation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need years of experience to get started. We are looking for people who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• Dependable and compassionate
• Able to communicate professionally
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to complete required background and screening processes
• Able to safely assist clients with mobility after receiving proper training

You do not necessarily need your own vehicle. However, you must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a client's vehicle when needed.
