Jiffy Lube International in Northridge, CA is hiring a General Service Technician in an entry-level role. You will service guest vehicles and complete our training program to earn certification, opening doors to career advancement within Team Car Care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver guest care on time during all hours.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and services.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians as needed.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; inspect and refill fluids.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work.
• Report safety issues to management and follow policies.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending as required.
