Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in Dubuque, IA is seeking an entry-level Palletizer, Bagger, and Equipment Operator to support high-speed can production. You will help operate palletizing equipment, inspect finished cans, and assist maintenance on the production line in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety compliance, and routine quality checks. Prior manufacturing exposure is beneficial; vocational certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is preferred.
• One or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment is required or preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification would be a plus.
• High-speed packaging industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the palletizer and place separator sheets and top frames on pallets.
• Sort and inspect cans, print pallet tickets, and perform quality checks.
• Assist line maintainer and perform minor tasks on the production lines.
• Load and feed metal coils; assist in lubrication and dies handling.
• Replace and realign cans and operate bulk packing machinery on pallets.
