Qualifications

• Associates degree or 1+ year related experience in electronics/calibration.
• Ability to learn calibration fundamentals and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn calibration fundamentals and measurement methods with the lab team.
• Identify appropriate measurement techniques and maintain standards.
• Complete calibration work in lab or on-site at customer locations.
• Operate safely and follow company policies; travel 25–50%.
• Develop skills to progress to higher-level calibration roles.
