Express Employment of Covina, CA is seeking a Machine Operator for our client located in City of Claremont. Job Title: Entry, Job Type: Full-Time, Hours: Mon-Friday 2:00PM-10:30PM. Pay Rate: $17.50.

This position is on the 2nd shift and offers an entry-level opportunity in cable manufacturing. The Machine Operator will assist in operating and monitoring equipment, load materials, ensure quality and safety, and complete basic production documentation.

Qualifications

• Some machine operating experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cable manufacturing machinery according to work instructions.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues to supervisors.
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete basic production and quality documentation.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
