Job summary

Total Staffing Solutions, Bolingbrook, IL, is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00pm – 6:15am). The role offers $20.00 per hour in a full-time capacity and requires operating automatic cable machines to meet customer specifications.

Candidates will learn to read blueprints, cut cable to specified lengths, perform machine setup, and conduct quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic cable machines according to customer specifications.
• Read cable blueprints, including measurements and colors.
• Cut cable to required lengths and perform machine setup.
• Conduct quality control inspections and prepare orders for shipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety procedures.
