Responsibilities

• Convert provided buyer leads into clients and secure buyer representation.
• Build and nurture your pipeline through prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct buyer consultations to identify client needs and navigate homebuying.
• Show properties, coordinate tours, and help clients select homes.
• Prepare offers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage contracts through closing.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain consistent communication.
