White Whale Marketing is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Entry Level Business Sales Trainees. This onsite role offers hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development, working directly with customers and partners to expand brand presence.

The position is fully onsite in Washington, starting ASAP. You will participate in paid training, weekly pay, and travel for select events, with clear pathways into advanced sales or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to learn product details quickly.
• Team-oriented and coachable in a sales environment.
