In this role, you will support senior team members in analyzing business workflows, documenting system requirements, and ensuring our technical development teams have clear information to build features.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn our systems and methodologies from the ground up. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years with BS/BA; HS Diploma/equivalent; internship experience valued.
• Foundational testing/QA understanding and ability to run basic test cases.
• Familiarity with SDLC and methodologies like Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and business domains.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements gathering and documenting user stories and initial process flow diagrams.
• Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and document improvements.
• Serve as liaison between business users and the development team to track action items.
• Participate in system testing and QA, executing test cases to verify requirements.
• Help create user guides and provide basic end-user support during rollouts.
